Ludacris and Pharrell are both facing some creative legal battles. Chicago rapper Marvo is accusing Luda of stealing his original concept for the sensual single “Sex Room” featuring Trey Songz, according to TMZ. Marvo claims that after developing the song with producer Kajun, the “Southern Hospitality” rapper released the final version a year later, retaining most of the original lyrics. He wouldn’t reveal how much he’s suing Luda and Trey for.

A Redskins name change could be on the horizon, as the first step toward moving the team out of the DC suburbs and into the city. The Redskins name change was proposed by Washington, D.C. mayor Vincent Gray. Mayor Gray wants a Redskins name change to be discussed as a prerequisite for a new stadium deal that would move the team out of Landover, MD and into the city limits.

Self-proclaimed superhero Phoenix Jones was forced to reveal his real identity in court due to a case he caught on Sunday. The father and husband, whose real name is Ben Fodor, was arrested for assault because he pepper-sprayed party goers. Jones claims the people were fighting but the folks in question claim they were attacked. Fodor appeared in court Friday to find out if he will face charges over the incident, the Seattle Times reports.
