Here’s something Birdman can rub his hands to. The YMCMB head honcho reportedly put his spare Miami condo up for sale at $330,000, TMZ reports.
The 1,172-sq.-ft. pad comes equipped with 1 bedroom, 2 baths, ocean view, and a valet. The side crib pales in comparison to his 19,000-sq.-ft. lair that he copped at a whopping $14 million last year. The “Born Stunna” rapper is also getting a return profit on the condo: $85K.
His Cash Money Record label isn’t doing too shabby either. He recently inked a deal with singer/ DJ Paris Hilton, who just nabbed a big-deal gig in Ibiza while Young Money’s own Drake is set to make a killing in sales when his third studio effort Nothing Was The Same lands September 24.
The hip-hop mogul, real name Brian Williams, was also honored last month alongside brother Ronald “Slim” Williams as BMI Icons at the 2013 BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards.
